Here we are in 2024… we in the trucking industry are hoping for a freight recovery and reduced recession fees so we can all get back to making money.
But while we have been in a freight slowdown, the federal government has not. They have been very vocal about big regulatory changes, no matter the outcry from trucking associations (like ATA or OOIDA) or drivers.
