Luke Kibby

Once an adventurer, this military brat saw the world from Hawaii, Alaska, Germany, and much more. Eventually Luke followed his family roots to Oregon where he graduated with a Business degree from Oregon State University.

Luke started his trucking regulatory career in 2015… but after obsessing over his family genealogical research, the older family roots were calling.

So, after the pandemic relaxed, he did the Oregon Trail in reverse and became Podcast Host and Marketing Specialist at Compliance Navigation Specialists (CNS) in Lititz, Pennsylvania, near where some of his family originated.

Over the years, Luke has become a trusted voice in the trucking industry and a recognized expert on DOT regulatory compliance, safety, commercial insurance, ELDs, OSHA, and drug and alcohol testing programs.

As host to the podcast Caution: Wide Right, he shares the best tips, education, and interviews on compliance-related topics for those thinking about becoming truckers, to owner-operators, and large fleets.

Luke also writes hundreds of industry-related articles and is published in leading trucking magazines, such as FleetOwner, Transport Topics, and Commercial Carrier Journal.

Toby Grove - Videographer

Born and raised in York County Pennsylvania, Toby has always had an eye for listening to podcasts.

Having a mild crush on editing in high school, this developed into a full-on commitment by honing his craft at Pittsburg Technical Institute (now known as Pittsburg Technical College).

Interning here in Lancaster County, Toby would eventually find a job back in York County working as an editor and then Photographer at Fox43. For 6 years he studied the way of the camera while you were out partying.

Then after a HEATED election year and a worldwide global pandemic that affected the planet, Toby decided to slow down and start a family.

With a brand-new family Toby knew he couldn’t travel all-over South-Central PA so in November of 2021 Toby found his new gig (it’s a video term) working at CNS Companies as a Media Specialist. Continue following this storyteller as he helps bring a Podcast NEVER seen in the trucking industry.

Will Young - podcast videographer

Will Young - Videographer

Will is a young man from the greater Lancaster Country region. Will started his professional video content creation career upon his graduation from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

Kutztown University hired him on as a Freelance Videographer, so he could generate content for their social media and online presence.

Will’s appetite for video creation grew just like his body, he wanted more. After a year of Freelance work, Will joined the York Revolution Professional Baseball Program as a Video Director. This position honed him into not only a seasoned videographer but also a live event specialist.

After years at the “Revs,” Will was able to take the opportunity to join the CNS Companies family as a Media Specialist, where he is today, growing, engaging, and writhing, to produce the best content on the continent.
